Is everything 100% vegan AND gluten free?

YES! This is how my family and I eat daily and how I use “Food as Medicine.”

How long will the meals last in the fridge?

Typically 3-4 days.

How do I re-heat my food?

I recommend using a counter oven or a regular oven, not a microwave. The containers that they come in are NOT oven safe, they are recyclable plastic. Please use an oven-safe dish. I recommend heating food at 375°F - 400°F for about 12-13 minutes. Every oven is different so make sure your food is warmed over 165°F.

Do I Have to buy $49 worth of food in order to get food?

No, you can buy just 1 serving. The $49 minimum is what needs to be purchased in order to get FREE delivery, within the approved delivery area.

What is the “Delivery Area?”

What happens if I buy the minimum purchase and I’m NOT in the “Delivery Area?”

Please contact me PRIOR to ordering so we can figure out a meeting/drop off point. OR for a delivery charge, I can deliver to your home.

Do I have to be home in order for you to deliver?

Someone needs to be there to receive the meals to insure that they are immediately refrigerated.

FYI…

  • The containers that these meals come in are recyclable plastic. In the name of reducing our “carbon footprint” and not adding to our landfills, I ask that you PLEASE recycle these containers.

  • I use all stainless steel kitchen equipment. Eliminating the possibility of toxic metals (like aluminum) leaching into the food.

  • All of the spices I use are organic.

  • I always insist of buying organic, locally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables whenever possible.
